Our mobile app gives you the power to manage your home effortlessly. You can complete your application, arrange home set up services, raise maintenance request, and view all of your important documents all in a few taps.

A quick note: if you have not been invited to Residently, you will not be able to access the app.

If you think you should have been invited but not received an invite, you will need to contact your property manager.

And finally, if would like to use Residently but your property manager doesn't partner with us, please do let them know that we're here.

Firstly, download the app



Second, login

Once you have downloaded and opened the app.

Click 'Get started'

Enter your Email Address.
This is the email address you received your invitation to

We’ll then send you an email with a magic link.

Click the “Sign in” link.

Voila. You should be signed in.


If you're having trouble

If you have followed the steps above and your app didn't login.

Click 'I have a sign in code'

Then enter the six-digit code from the email with the magic sign in link.
